- These scores and parts are loaned on the condition that the borrowers are responsible, at their own expense (or that of their Society), for replacing lost or defaced parts (in the same edition if still in print), and for the cost of the postage incurred. Most wind parts can only be replaced in sets.
- When you return music please obtain a certificate of posting and insure appropriately in case of loss in transit.
- If you return music by Parcelforce please note the tracking number.
- Parts and scores may be marked LIGHTLY with a SOFT lead pencil.
- Material should be returned immediately after use, as other orchestral societies may need it urgently.
- Payment details will be enclosed with the music. Payment by BACS is preferred. If payment is by cheque it should be made payable to HAVANT AND DISTRICT ORCHESTRAL SOCIETY or HADOS and should be sent on receipt of the music to the Music Librarian.
